As I took my first step into the forest, everything comes to life. I walked deeper and deeper; the vast rows of trees with its beautiful colors all around, dazzle me with its magical presence. I was almost lost in the brilliance of it all. Until I saw it, at the end of the road, a column of light so warm... So radiant as it falls across my face and fills my soul to brim by the sheer brilliance of it…
A few days ago, two unidentified vessels have laid their anchor on our harbour. No one knows who they are or where they come from. What exactly is their purpose?
This is my personal project that I am currently working on now. I had a lot of fun doing this project :D X means the way out (eXit), I made the environment looks like a storage engine room, which only has one way out, that is, through a fan located at the bottom.
I made this environment for my final project in my college. All props were done in Maya and rendered with mental ray(No FG and GI). The textures and the final touches were done in Photoshop. A reference from one of the interior artist's unique design sparked the idea of this cartoony bedroom. The story tells us about Alvin, a child who is afraid of the dark.
My first ever environmental model. I actually did this for lighting study in 2011, but it took longer than expected to build the whole environment, just to get the look and feel right :D Nonetheless, I still think it's a valuable experience, and it can be considered one of the first stepping stone to reach what I am now.
